Reservation Terms: 30% non-refundable deposit required to reserve the property. Balance is due no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival. Failure to pay the balance at this time will constitute cancellation.

Cancellation Policy: The 30% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations received less than 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the reservation imply loss of the full amount of the booking fee paid. If we are able to re-let the property for the canceled period, we will refund the balance, less the 30% deposit paid. We strongly recommend our customers take out insurance to protect against the risk of cancellation.
