NIGHTLY RATE – (3 night minimum)
One Floor: 200 euros per night.
Two Floors: 380 euros per night.
Final Cleaning Fee: 150 euros.
Tax: 10% IVA.
Damage Deposit: 200 euros for one floor / 380 euros for two floors.

NOTE:
The gardener will come once a week to take care of the garden and pool.
The claner will come one every 15 days to make a general cleaning of the apartment.
There is no extra charge for this.

Credit cards accepted: Visa and Mastercard.

Tourist Tax: There is a nightly tourist tax (50 euro-cents per person per night for everyone 17 and over) which is added to the final balance.

Pricing Policy: Prices are for the property per night in euros. Certain peak dates carry special prices and conditions. Discounts available for longer stays. Please ask us for a quotation.

Cancellation Policy: The 25% deposit is non-refundable. Full payment, together with the cleaning fee, is due 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel your booking prior to 30 days, we will not bill you for the balance. If you cancel your booking after the final payment has been received and we can re-let the apartment, we will refund the final payment of 75% plus the cleaning fee.

We strongly recommend our customers take out cancellation insurance.
